Download Tips:

- Close all other Internet Explorer windows before starting the download.

- IE 5 users: Click "Run from this location" on the next screen when prompted to "Run from this location or save to your computer"

- IE 6 users: Click "Open" on the next screen when prompted to "Open the file or save it to your computer"

Customize PeoplePal now - click the PeoplePC button on PeoplePal and select "PeoplePal Settings".
You can:

- Choose the size of your search box

- Select the number of searches you want PeoplePal to remember

- Add and remove buttons from the toolbar

Can't see PeoplePal?

- Click the "View" menu at the top of your Internet Explorer browser window (next to "Favorites"), select "Toolbars" and make sure that "PeoplePal Toolbar" is checked.
(If it is checked and you still don't see the toolbar, close all your Internet Explorer browser windows and double-click the "e" Internet Explorer icon on your desktop to open a new browser.).

- Make sure PeoplePal is not on the same line as another toolbar.
(To move PeoplePal, click on the separator - the thin vertical bar - to the left of the PeoplePC button and drag the toolbar down to a new line within the top gray area of your Internet Explorer browser window.)

Can't find another toolbar that you have installed?

- Click the "View" menu at the top of your Internet Explorer browser window (next to "Favorites"), select "Toolbars" and make sure that the name of the other toolbar is checked.
